Beloved Self Seminar Description:

In the Beloved Self Seminar you will learn about both the personal and cultural factors that can block access to your own Divinity. You will have the opportunity to look at the origin of self opinion which gives you a starting place for increasing your self-awareness and lays the foundation for loving and honoring yourself.

You will be with the inquiry of the “blessed yearning” of life, asking yourself: What is it that calls me forth? What is it that wants to be manifest within me?

This class is experiential. Concepts are presented and discussed. Specific practices and exercises are taught and utilized in class or taken for home use. These skills and resources are powerful instruments for increasing your self appreciation. You will delve into the depths of yourself and determine where you are now and where you want to be in regard to the self-value that you experience.

You will come away with a clear process and specific exercises you can practice on your own. When used consistently, these tools can help you build a loving relationship with yourself that you may not have experienced before. These processes can sustain conscious self love and help you create positive changes in your life.

You will travel this journey with other liked-minded souls in a very safe environment of sharing and support. Your journey to your loving self takes time and commitment… but you don’t have to do it alone.
